An oustanding hotel. Everything was of the highest quality. Nothing was a problem. Some people dressed nicely for dinner, but we slobbed it a couple of times after a hard day's skiing but never felt out of place. Would defo stay again - may seem expensive but the whole resort is, and the standards are very high.

cant think of any faults, they were always one step ahead. the first night the menu was in german (which we didnt mind) - it was fun finding out the words we didnt know - but after that everything else was translated in to english

Aromatherapy Spa: The flowing strokes and acupressure, combined with the bees' wax and the scent of roses, created a relaxing and invigorating experience that was like being pampered by a team of skilled fairies.

Room Allocation: Some rooms could be a bit noisy, so it's best to avoid those located near the elevators and main corridors.

The service was excellent, offering various free time activities. The breakfast was great with mouth-watering options. The hotel was immaculate, with amazing views and comfortable amenities like dressing gowns and slippers. The staff were extremely helpful and the spa was a nice addition after a day of skiing. The location was centrally located, only 150M from the nearest ski lift.

I always return to my favorite spot. The staff helped with my elderly parents initially. Amazing amenities - Wi-Fi, off-site parking, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, restaurant, fitness center. Can't wait for the weekend!

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is situated in the center of town, just a short walk from the main gondola and everything Hinterglemm has to offer. The breakfast and dinner are filling and delicious, with a luxurious spa and great treatments. The rooms are functional and clean, and the outdoor/indoor swimming pool is a great way to relax after a long day skiing.

The service at dinner could be more efficient, which detracts from the overall experience.

We enjoyed the clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, as well as the extensive breakfast with tasty options. The hotel facilities, especially the spa with its hot saunas and outdoor pool, were great for relaxing after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the convenient location close to the slopes and in the centre of Hinterglemm, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.

Not obvious to find some staff members when we needed assistance.

We got great value for our money with a large and quiet room, comfortable bed, and helpful blackout curtains at Alpen-Karawanserai. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we loved the surprise of complimentary ski snacks in the afternoon. The bar and lobby area had a well-considered decor, and the spa facilities, including the outdoor pool, were perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The staff was responsive and the housekeeping was excellent. The location was ideal, right in the center of the village and close to the slopes. our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring all items are in good condition, as we had a broken piece of the teapot filter into our cup.

Breakfast offered variety and the gym was well-equipped. The hotel's proximity to the city center was a plus. The Wi-Fi signals in the room were strong, and I could work without connectivity issues.

The first thing I noticed was that my room was small, and I could scarcely move around. It was also incredibly noisy, with sounds coming from the corridors and adjoining rooms.

Amazing Spa and Delicious Breakfast!

Stayed for New Year's Eve and this hotel was the perfect spot! Great location, very close to the lifts, can easily ski in and out. The spa facilities were amazing, definitely the highlight of the stay. The heated outdoor pool was especially great on a snowy day. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, with fresh juices and a great selection of bread. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it a comfortable stay.

Although the spa was great, some of the facilities had maintenance problems. Some showers were broken or not functioning properly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this venue. The location was perfect, as it was just a 2-3 minute walk to the nearest gondola and right in the center of town. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and a ski pass vendor on-site. The room amenities were great, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved having a sitting area and terrace to relax on. The spa and wellness center were a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage options. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
